Fiberglass Tanks :

• Freshwater Storage
• Saltwater Storage
• Chemical Storage
• Wastewater and Water Treatment

Fiberglass Tank Specifications:
• Tanks are manufactured from fiberglass-reinforced polyester resin (fiberglass).
• Tanks are coated internally with a soft-touch gelcoat.
• Tanks are corrosion-resistant, eliminating the problems of rust and continuous painting.
• Large tanks are available, ranging in size from 50 meters to 500 meters.
• Fiberglass tanks are manufactured from fiberglass-reinforced polyester.

Tank Features:

• Fiberglass tanks are characterized by their extreme strength and durability. This is because the fiberglass from which they are made serves as the reinforcing element. They have a high capacity to withstand potential stresses such as those resulting from tensile, compressive, and bending forces. We can increase the capacity of these tanks to withstand stresses by increasing their thickness. Our company also adheres to Egyptian standard specifications when manufacturing.
• Egyptian Standard Specifications 2522-1993
• American Specifications (96-PS SI)

Stainless Steel Tanks

How to Install Tanks

• Tanks must be installed on a completely flat base, with no gaps beneath the tank.
• Tank bases must be constructed of concrete or steel beams in case of steel beam, a sheet of at least 5 mm thick must be put over the beam. The tank must be completely filled with water and not left empty under the sun, as this can negatively affect the tank.

How to Install Tanks

• The tank openings are made using a multi-sized drill bit to open the tanks.
• A steel or galvanized steel niple is installed. The niple includes two zinc bolts, two washers, and two gaskets. The Niple is installed from both the inside and outside of the tank.
• It is recommended not to make any openings in the bottom of the tank, as this negatively impacts its lifespan. There is specific place for this.

How to Sterilize Tanks

• The tank should be empty from the water, leaving 10 to 15 cm of water in the tank.
• Dissolve 100 grams of sterilizing powder (chloroform) in a bucket half full of water and stir well until dissolved.
• Close the tank valve to prevent water containing a high percentage of chlorine from seeping through the pipes, as its use is hazardous to health.
• Add the chlorinated water to the tank water. Wash the walls and ceiling of the water tank using straw or plastic brushes. Wire brushes are prohibited to avoid scratching the tank walls.
• Drain the wash water through the valve at the bottom of the tank (the wash hole).
• Wash the tank with water several times to remove any traces of chlorine, and flush it out each time through the wash hole.
• Refill the tank with water and leave it for two hours before opening the valve leading to the crack to ensure no traces of chlorine remain in the water before use. This process should be repeated at least every three months.
